員(yuan)工(gong)在(zai)入職(zhi)前可通過遠(yuan)程視頻功能(neng)參(can)觀公(gong)司(si),了解(jie)公(gong)司(si)基(ji)本組織(zhi)架構(gou)和人員(yuan)情況(kuang),促進(jin)員(yuan)工(gong)的入職(zhi)率。另外,分(fen)公(gong)司(si)入職(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)也可通過遠(yuan)程視頻參(can)觀了解(jie)總(zong)部(bu)情況(kuang)及各(ge)分(fen)公(gong)司(si)情況(kuang)。
系統支持自定義員工(gong)的入職(zhi)流(liu)程(cheng),設(she)定各(ge)重要流(liu)程(cheng)節(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)。系統內置了(le)一套默認(ren)的入職(zhi)流(liu)程(cheng),HR只需(xu)要在各(ge)流(liu)程(cheng)節(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)中編輯好各(ge)項內容即可(ke)。入職(zhi)流(liu)程(cheng)管理功能可(ke)根據企業的管理需(xu)要來指(zhi)定入職(zhi)流(liu)程(cheng),添加或刪減相應管理環節(jie)(jie),添加流(liu)程(cheng)環節(jie)(jie)時(shi)可(ke)添加對(dui)應事(shi)件(jian)項,由員工(gong)進(jin)行事(shi)件(jian)信息確認(ren)或數據上(shang)傳(chuan)完成(cheng)流(liu)程(cheng)事(shi)件(jian)。
員工(gong)(gong)(gong)入職系(xi)統(tong)支持與其他(ta)HR系(xi)統(tong)對接(jie),員工(gong)(gong)(gong)檔案數據(ju)(ju)可(ke)直接(jie)按標準格式(shi)打包(bao)進(jin)行(xing)導出,再導入到第(di)三方HR系(xi)統(tong)。如果配合使用的是東(dong)寶HR系(xi)統(tong),則包(bao)含了(le)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)入職模(mo)塊,系(xi)統(tong)數據(ju)(ju)直接(jie)互通,無(wu)需進(jin)行(xing)對接(jie),即可(ke)在其他(ta)功能模(mo)塊中直接(jie)獲(huo)取到員工(gong)(gong)(gong)檔案信(xin)息內容。
