          績效管理是很多企業都會采用的一種高效管理方式,能夠有效的促成企業的計劃目標達成。員工的績效評分也往往會與員工的工資進行部分關聯,來激勵員工擴大自己的工作產出,實現按勞分配、多勞多得的價值主張。績效工資計算軟件是目前很多企業比較青睞的人事管理軟件,能夠抓住企業管理的核心,一方面做好企業績效管理,另一方面又能夠兼顧員工薪酬。下面我們來了解下績效工資計算系統是如何做好績效和工資管理的。
績(ji)效工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)系統先要(yao)對(dui)員工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)薪(xin)資(zi)(zi)方案進行(xing)設置,每個員工(gong)(gong)或(huo)崗位根據工(gong)(gong)作情況的(de)(de)不同可以設定不同的(de)(de)薪(xin)資(zi)(zi)科(ke)目和計(ji)(ji)算(suan)公(gong)式。在各類(lei)的(de)(de)薪(xin)資(zi)(zi)科(ke)目中,設定績(ji)效工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)部分(fen)(fen),使員工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)薪(xin)酬部分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)與績(ji)效進行(xing)關聯,計(ji)(ji)算(suan)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)時按照績(ji)效評分(fen)(fen)和對(dui)應系數(shu)來算(suan)績(ji)效工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
根據(ju)企業的(de)計(ji)劃(hua)目標,分解為(wei)各(ge)部門及員工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu),并開始在績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)資計(ji)算系統中(zhong)給員工(gong)(gong)設定(ding)對應的(de)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核(he)方(fang)案。按照(zhao)員工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情況和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu),選擇合適的(de)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核(he)標準,設定(ding)對應的(de)考核(he)內(nei)容、指標、權重、分值(zhi)。在進(jin)行考核(he)評分時,按照(zhao)員工(gong)(gong)自評和上級評分的(de)方(fang)式來對員工(gong)(gong)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考核(he)結(jie)果(guo)進(jin)行評分。
在員工考(kao)核(he)完成后(hou),系統出(chu)具考(kao)核(he)評分結(jie)果,可以具體看到(dao)各考(kao)核(he)項的(de)(de)完成情況。對(dui)于(yu)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he)評分不達標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)員工進(jin)行(xing)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)面(mian)談和改善,一方(fang)面(mian)分析績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)合理性,另一方(fang)面(mian)幫(bang)助(zhu)員工找準問(wen)題、解決問(wen)題。對(dui)于(yu)績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he)評分較(jiao)為優秀的(de)(de)員工,可以進(jin)行(xing)獎勵,并進(jin)行(xing)面(mian)談幫(bang)助(zhu)其總結(jie)成功經驗(yan),幫(bang)助(zhu)同考(kao)核(he)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)員工改善績(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)結(jie)構。
接下來(lai)就是進行績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)資計算了,系統根據各員工(gong)(gong)的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)評分數和(he)與其(qi)對應的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獎(jiang)金(jin)額度(du)來(lai)計算員工(gong)(gong)的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)資。不同崗位的員工(gong)(gong)績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獎(jiang)金(jin)額度(du)不同,根據其(qi)實際(ji)的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分數除以(yi)滿分按百(bai)分比換算后(hou)就可以(yi)與績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獎(jiang)金(jin)額度(du)相乘,最終得出(chu)員工(gong)(gong)的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)資。同時,系統還會根據員工(gong)(gong)的薪酬方案來(lai)計算員工(gong)(gong)的綜合工(gong)(gong)資。
最后,再計算完員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)整體(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)后,系統就會生成員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)條(tiao)(tiao)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)條(tiao)(tiao)記錄(lu)了(le)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)明細(xi),其中包(bao)含了(le)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)各項薪(xin)資(zi)(zi)科目(mu)項,也就同樣包(bao)含了(le)績效工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)這一(yi)項的(de)(de)內容。生成的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)條(tiao)(tiao)可以通過(guo)郵件或短信發送(song)給員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),也能夠打印成紙質工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)條(tiao)(tiao),便于(yu)企業發送(song)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)明細(xi)給員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)核(he)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
