4、智能調薪設置

5、綜合(he)工資計算(suan)

計算員工綜合工資是按照員工的薪資方案來進行,在人力資源系統內自動獲取與員工工資相關模塊數據,比如考勤、計件、績效、獎懲、福利等等相關數據,再綜合計算員工工資。員工工資計算完成后,系統還支持進行員工個稅申報。


6、工資條發放

計算完員工工資后,系統會保留員工工資的明細數據,自動生成工資條,可打印成紙質工資條供企業發放,也可以將電子檔工資條以短信或郵件方式發送給員工。另外,如果配套使用了員工自助app,則可以通過員工自助app來發送工資條明細,員工可在app內查看工資明細和確認工資數據,便于企業快速發放工資。
